UA2 is scheduled to hit the streets September 15th. Which puts the release only 2 weeks after Batman : Arkham Asylum. 
BAA is scheduled to be released August 25th. So this begs the question readers, are you going Marvel or DC? Batman offers a more single player experience, while UA2 offers a more team building effort.
