Yes you can still have your fighter captured!!

The campaign is pretty tough. I would applaud anyone who has finished it without cheating. There is another challenge where you can work each individual stage for a high score.

With the praise out of the way lets discuss the negatives. You know in Geometry Wars2, when you see your friends high score in the corner and it forces you to play "just" one more game. They do not have that here. Which is a huge disappointment, as this is a one player game only. The achievements suck too. Plain and simple. Complete stage 1 get 5 G's...blah blah blah. In GW2 there was some really cool achievements. Paint the walls for example. It appears they channeled all the creative juices towards cool explosions. They are cool, don't get me wrong, there is just nothing driving you to do a little better next time. The campaign will force you to play error free, but honestly I do not think I could ever get to stage 5. Getting to stage 3 would be an accomplishment for me.
At the end of the day should you spend your points on this game? Yes. If you liked GW2 at all then you will also like this game. Drop a comment if you have played this game and have any advice on the campaign.
